Compare the carton total with the individual packets or rolls. A redesign or brand change does not justify assuming that every dimension and count stayed the same.

Resolve before relying on it

If the received item differs, ask the seller about replacement or return conditions. We cannot verify your delivery or clear a substituted item as equivalent.

A practical arrival checklist

Check the selected size name, both outer sides, total pieces, format and scent before discarding the shipping material. Keep bags per roll separate from the number of rolls when both are supplied. If packaging graphics changed, use the product identifier and actual printed information rather than color alone.
